Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM)

IASTM is a therapeutic technique that uses specialized stainless steel instruments to gently glide over the skin to detect and treat soft tissue restrictions. This treatment helps break down adhesions, improve mobility, reduce pain, and support the body’s natural healing process.

 

IASTM may be used to address chronic tension, scar tissue, overuse injuries, and movement limitations. Treatment is often combined with massage therapy techniques and individualized home care recommendations to enhance results.
