Yes. We offer direct billing to most major insurance providers, including Alberta Blue Cross, Sun Life, Manulife, Canada Life, and others. Please bring your benefits card to your appointment so we can verify coverage. Some plans may require a doctor’s note for massage therapy — check with your provider in advance if you’re unsure. We understand that schedules can change. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee, as this time has been reserved specifically for you. To make changes, please contact the clinic directly by phone or email. Yes. You can purchase an electronic or paper gift certificate. To buy online, fill out our form and send payment by e-Transfer to cravewellnessmassage@gmail.com, or call the clinic to pay by credit card. If you’re a new client, please arrive a few minutes early to complete your intake form or fill it out online before your appointment. Bring your insurance benefits card if you’d like us to direct bill your treatment, and any referral forms if your coverage requires them (for example, after a motor vehicle accident). Otherwise, we’ll take care of the rest!
